After leaving a decade-long career in the building industry to pursue film and art, Ben took a job at a bar where he was asked to take over a small trivia night. Ten people became sixty, more events followed, and what started as a side gig grew into something much bigger.

Ben realised he had found a way to bring together his creative instincts, love of entertainment and ability to read an audience. That became Be Noble, which has since grown into an entertainment company delivering more than 1,500 live events across workplaces, venues and public experiences.

Today, Be Noble creates experiences that turn passive audiences into active participants. Whether it’s bringing colleagues together at a workplace event or creating an experience people want to return to at a venue, the goal is simple: make it easy for people to get involved, connect with each other and leave feeling like they were genuinely part of something.
